Jill truly believes it takes a village to achieve your dreams. The love and support of her family and friends over the years has helped create a welcoming, upbeat and trendy salon where clients and “her girls” feel as if they are at home.

Her passion for hair started in high school with formal hairstyling for proms which prompted her to attend New England Hair Academy. She has continued her education year after year of classes but also feels it is so important to learn from the girls she stands side by side with everyday!

Jess has been in the industry for 20 years and brings her advanced education and experience throughout the salon. She specializes in razor cutting and foiling! Jess is very personable and her clients never leave the salon without a smile. Jess has an eye for creating hairstyles that suit a client’s specified lifestyle. She is very precise, time efficient and makes each visit to Salon Eleven something to look forward to!

Shanelle studied cosmetology at Northeast Vocational High School and has been in the hair industry since 2007. Shanelle is passionate, kind hearted and has a deep appreciation for each and every client and their hair needs. Although she loves all aspects of her job, she specializes in bridal updos, curly haircuts and customizing colors to best suit each individuals color palette. You will always see a smile on Shanelles face as she dances her way to the color station!

Victoria has been apart of a salon environment since she was just a junior in high school, as she follows in her mom’s footsteps being a hairstylist! She specializes in blonding and formal/bridal makeup. Victoria graduated from Hairs How Modern School of Beauty and has been continuing her education ever since. Your time in her chair will be well spent as her attention to detail and welcoming personality makes you leave the chair feeling like a new person!

Ever since Alana began styling her friends hair for proms in high school, she knew the salon life was for her. Alana specializes in balayage, extensions and updos. Alana graduated from Hairs How Modern School of Beauty and continues to take classes to better herself. Alana is the social media guru and is always creating, going beyond “the norm,” and making each client feel beautiful inside and out!

Justine is not only our salons manager, but the backbone of the salon as a whole. She has been in this industry for nearly 30 years now starting out as a licensed manicurist! You can usually find Justine behind the desk as she is the first friendly face you see as you enter. Salon Eleven is extremely grateful for our often-called, “momager,” as she takes care of us all with a helping hand.

Julia has known the salon life is for her for as long as she can remember. She graduated from Hairs How Modern School of Beauty and has remained as eager to learn as ever! Julia specializes in bridal/formal makeup, waxing and dimensional coloring. She is consistent with keeping up with all of the newest tricks and techniques through her continuing education. Julia’s main goal is for you to leave her chair feeling like the best version of yourself!

Lauren has a full time job in the medical field, however continues to care for her clients as needed. Lauren graduated from Hairs How Modern School of Beauty and has brought a whole other level of creativity to Salon Eleven. Her extensive knowledge in extensions and coloring makes for a fulfilling experience while you’re in her chair! Lauren will always find her way back home to the salon!
